  • What services do we offer?
    Tailoring and customisation, style curation, garment fittings and a repeat value with every garment.
  • What categories of clothing do we offer?
    We largely offer power dressing, Indian, Indo-western clothing, athleisure and other menswear at the moment. We also carry footwear.
  • What are your garment making timelines?
    At the moment, we do not have set timelines for garment making as we work backwards from the delivery date, however the timeline for each individual type of garment shall be mentioned upon order confirmation.
  • Will Govinda himself be available for all consultations?
    Govinda is present at almost every appointment and every recommendation made by our head stylists is influenced by his input and approval.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment, you can either click on the book an appointment tab on our website or call +91 9833844377 to speak to our team and book an appointment.
  • Do you offer online appointments/consultation?
    We do take online appointments as well that can be scheduled on the website or by calling +91 9833844377.
  • Is it necessary for me to visit the studio in person?
    The choice to visit the studio is entirely up to you, however we find that taking a meeting with Govinda or our stylists, whether online or in-person, helps you truly experience the process of making a garment at the House of Govinda.
  • Do you offer accessories/add-ons for all occasions?
    We offer a wide range of accessories including malas, safas, broaches, cufflinks, ties, bow ties, pocket squares, kalkis and ghadjoras. You can purchase them from the accessories tab on the home page.
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    Yes, currently we do not offer a guest checkout for purchases made online as it is important that we have verified information to process the order correctly. However, you do not need an account to browse our website or to book an appointment.
  • Can I add my initials on my garments?
    Yes, we do offer an initial service for every garment available on our website or in-store. Please inform our team after placing your order for the additional request via email on
  • Can I add items to an existing order?
    Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to edit it in any way. To order more items, you would have to place a new order. If you would like to remove any items, you would have to cancel the entire order and place a new one. However, this cannot be done after the order has been confirmed/dispatched.
  • Does THE HOUSE OF GOVINDA have seasonal sales?
    As we work on an order-by-order basis, we do not currently offer any sales or price reductions on our garments.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
    To know more about your information, in terms of what information we take from you and how it is protected, you can refer to our privacy policy.
  • Does the House of Govinda offer any career opportunities?
    To know more about our career opportunities, you can email us on with your CV and what sort of position you are looking for and we will get back to you.
  • Do you offer both pick-up and delivery?
    Yes, we can either deliver your order to you or you can pick it up at our studios or exclusive stores where the order has been placed.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
    Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be edited or changed.
  • Can I track my order?
    Our courier partner will be sharing a tracking link for the order placed.
  • How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
    The duties and taxes vary for all international deliveries and are subject to international shipment policies.
  • How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?
    Delivery may differ for each type of garment. The delivery times are mentioned when your purchase is confirmed. Our standard delivery is about 30-90 days.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Please check the same with our customer care department for each specific country before placing the order.
  • My order status mentioned delivered but I did not receive my package. What should I do?
    You can contact our customer care and we will be more than happy to assist you with the same.
  • Do we have a refund policy?
    Currently, we do not offer any refunds as the clothing is custom made for you and is only made on an order to order basis.
  • Do we have an exchange policy?
    We currently do not allow any exchange of our products as they are made specifically for you.
  • Where can I find information regarding HOUSE OF GOVINDA product care?
    This information can be found in the product descriptions or on the wash care labels.
  • How do I have an item repaired?

  • How do I send the correct measurements?
    We have a video that demonstrates how to take your own measurements. Check HERE(hyperlink to video on website to be added) to view the same.
  • How do I know which size to choose?
    You can refer to the size chart and you can also refer to the video mentioned above to measure yourself and connect to the size chart.
  • What is the size range available?
    Custom orders are measurement based and therefore do not pertain to a specific size, however, our general size range currently contains sizes XS to XXL. It also differs for teens/children and that can be made on a custom order basis.
  • Are alterations available and how does the process work?
    Yes, we do offer alterations. However we offer this under certain conditions. For standard sizing alteration is done on a chargeable basis only. If it is custom made, alterations and trials are already included in the pricing. However, if the order has been shipped to you, the cost of shipping will be an added cost for your order. You can also bring it back to our studio in Mumbai.
  • Is GST included in the price?
    Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
  • Is cash payment available?
    Cash payment can only be made at the studios or exclusive stores prior to delivery or pick up of garments.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    For orders placed online, we only accept payments through payment gateways, credit cards, debit cards, and UPI. You can also pay by cash at our studio in Mumbai.
  • Which currency can I use to place my order?
    INR is the only currency we accept at the moment. We are working on accepting international currencies as well.
