Invoice - Terms and Conditions

  • All payments shall be liable to be made fully in advance. 

  • We accept payment in cash/debit card(s)/credit card(s) as well as by electronic mode(s) like UPI, Bank Transfer, (NEFT/RTGS) and clickable links.

  • All our prices are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.

  • All delivery, courier & custom charges if any for shipping out if India shall be additional and will have to be paid in advance before the garment is shipped. 

  • Purchased garments can be altered up to 30 days  from the date of delivery for local/domestic orders with prior communication to be sent to us at Courier charges shall be applicable. 

  • The outfits will be processed based on the measurement taken while ordering after thorough consultation with you. You are liable to inform us in case of any change in your body measurement within one week from the date of placement of any order for any of our Product(s).

  • Once the trial date is allotted to you, it cannot be changed unless under unavoidable circumstances. However, we retain the sole and ultimate discretion to change the date and in no way are we bound to accept a request for change of trial date. Our decision in this respect shall be final and binding.

  • We value the efforts of our craftsmen who put in diligent effort to ensure that every little detail, as requested by you, is taken care of. Accordingly, at present, we do not follow any exchange and/or return policy for any of our products as they are customised and specially made to order for you. 

  • All of our Product(s) are customised and handmade. Please do read the wash care label to ensure appropriate and efficient manner of safe-keeping of the Product(s).
